Company Matrix Engineering s.a. is based in Switzerland. We are a team of professionals in the ice cream business. Our main services are :

COMMISSIONIG – equipment commissioning and start up of production is covered by our company until the customer reach confidence to manage the production line.
TRAINING – Our formation and training to customer's local employees is the key factor for a successful business.
TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT – based on customer's target, definition and formation of product range. We select the raw materials and develop best the ice cream formulations.

Between our customers we have several multinational companies, national leading companies and large established “Gelato” networks. Our customers are located in 42 countries in the world. It's our goal to help our customers in setting up and developing the ice cream production, to achieve the profit targets and to produce the best ice cream in their country.

	Extrusion tunnels for stick ice cream, ball cones, sandwich, bars. Ice cream extrusion and freezing tunnels 'ARTIC - EX' are state of the artice cream extrusion systems. Over 70 lines installed in many countries in the world, and an unbeateable value for money
	Moulds We sell moulds in special stainless steel for any type of automatic machine. Hoyer ROLLO, Gram RIA, Walzer, Technostick, Rotostick can be equipped with our moulds. We produce over 200 standard models.
	Second hand industrial ice cream equipments Our customers often change their equipments with bigger ones. We trade - in only the best second hand industrial equipments: TETRAPAK HOYER, GRAM, TECHNOGEL.
